The company, based in Spain, operates as a food company that offers traditional products like spicy chorizo strings and pre-cooked foods to a new group of consumers. It began its activity in 1983 with string chorizo and is consolidating a diversification project towards new lines: fresh pizza, tortillas, refrigerated cakes and ready made dishes. Its registered office is located in Albelda De Iregua. The company has prepared ready made dish under the name of A Fuego Lento and fresh cakes with the Tentadore name, as well as pizzas and chorizos under the Palacios name. Other company's products include sausages, bread rolls, omelets, sandwiches, pre-cooked dishes and pastries. The company became the national leader of string chorizo. Its operations are extended in Europe and America. Further, it has been authorized on a European level as one of the four companies authorized by the North American authorities to sell meat products.
